Wonder Audio Labs was founded by Mr. William Tam who has over 40 years of experience in the audio industry. He worked for a number of top end audio distributors in Hong Kong and has tons of knowledge regarding high end audio, especially analog.

William had a goal of making a dream phono preamplifier with all the features which one could think of. He spent years talking to brained designers and eventually introduced the first product named P1 in 2022 with technical partner Mr. Tom Tang.

P1 is proud to have a patented technology named SPBA (Single Pole Balanced Amplifier). This
technology was originally designed for microphone amplification. It is suitable for extremely low signal transfer. The benefit is very low distortion, fast response and very low noise.

Most tube phono preamplifiers on the market have single ended input and single ended output. But the SPBA has single ended input and balanced output.
